One-click multipass export from Maya with auto-generated Nuke comp networks for each render layer. Cuts the hand-off between lighting and comp to near zero.
Validates, cleans, and publishes geometry from Maya into the asset pipeline with metadata baked in. Enforces naming conventions and UV requirements before anything reaches the server.
PySide2 panel that adds physics-based secondary motion to any object. Frequency, amplitude, and damping controls let animators dial in the feel without touching the graph editor.
Batch-rename nodes and file paths across a Maya scene using prefix, suffix, and search-replace rules. Keeps naming consistent across every department hand-off.

I'm Alex Negrete — a TA/TD, Production Coordinator, and Environment Artist. My background spans live-action and CG workflows, from asset management and pipeline development through to final comp.
I specialize in the connective tissue of a production: the tools and project structures that let artists move work cleanly across departments without friction.
Compositing lead on feature and short films, part of the second cohort of Substance Ambassadors by Adobe, and experienced in coordinating commercial productions for clients including Sephora and UCLA.
